Effect:
Unlike liquid energy drinks, our Enerlade chocolate releases the guarana slowly into the body. On average, this happens within 45 minutes of consumption.
As a result, the body is constantly supplied with caffeine and not just hyped up for a short time.
Consumption recommendation:
Due to its high caffeine content, our caffeine chocolate is not suitable for children, nursing mothers or pregnant women.
For a body weight of up to 70 kilograms, we recommend a maximum of 2/3 of our caffeine chocolate per day.
In general, care should be taken to ensure that you only consume a maximum of 3 mg of caffeine per kilogram per day.
